How To Use

- Check sachet is intact before use. Remove contact lenses and eye makeup, if worn. Lie down or sit comfortably and open the sachet, unfold eye mask, place across the eyes and smooth it down against the eyes. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. For greater effectiveness, place cooling eye masks in the fridge before use. Do not put in the freezer.
